Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Certain categories such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Condition of Returned Goods

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition.

  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, the refund may be partially reduced or denied.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the above terms.

Limitation of Liability

  • The company’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are expressly excluded.
